This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Kudakero (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit our website, buy one of our products or contact us, and how we use it. We sell digital Shopify themes and related setup services.
Who is responsible for your data
Kudakero, an online-based business located in Egypt, is responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact us at any time at hello@Kudakero.com.
Information we collect
- When you browse this website: our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. If you accept cookies, we also use Google Tag Manager to run analytics and marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, which collect information about how you use the site: pages visited, device and browser, approximate location and how you arrived. If you reject cookies, these tools don’t set cookies.
- When you buy: payments are handled by Whop, our checkout and payment provider, which also sends your receipt. We then email you your license key, download link and order page. They collect your name, email address, billing details and payment information. We receive your name, email address, country, the plan you bought and the order details. We never see or store your full card details.
- When you contact us or use a service plan: we collect the information you send us, such as your name, email address, store URL, screenshots and messages. For the Done For You and Premium plans, this includes the store access and content you provide so we can build and optimize your store.
How we use your information
- To deliver the theme, licence, updates and the services in your plan.
- To provide support and answer your questions.
- To process refunds and handle disputes under our Refund Policy.
- To keep our website and products secure and prevent misuse.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We only send marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and every such email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)
We process your information to perform our contract with you (delivering what you bought), to meet legal obligations (such as tax records), for our legitimate interests (running a secure website and preventing fraud), and with your consent where we ask for it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Whop, our checkout and payment provider, and Cloudflare, which runs our order, download and license service.
- Our website hosting provider.
- Our email provider.
- Google, for analytics and tag management, if you accept cookies.
- Shopify, when we work inside your store on a service plan.
- Authorities or advisers, when required by law or to protect our rights.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep order and licence records for as long as your licence is active, and for as long as tax and accounting laws require after that. Support messages are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact. Hosting logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents may ask what personal information we have collected and ask us to delete it, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising. Our products are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
