Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of kudakero.com and to any purchase from Kudakero (“we”, “us”). By using the website or buying a plan, you agree to them. Please read them together with our License Agreement, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

1. About us

Kudakero is an online-based business located in Egypt that sells the Kudakero Shopify theme and related store setup and SEO services. You can reach us at hello@Kudakero.com.

2. Using the website

• You may browse the website and view the demo store for personal or business evaluation.
• You may not copy, scrape or reuse the website’s content, design, screenshots or demo store, or try to disrupt, hack or overload the website.
• The demo store is for previewing the theme only. Its products are examples and cannot be bought.

3. Plans and prices

• We offer four plans: Basic, Done For You, Premium and Agency. What each plan includes is described on the website at the time you buy.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments, not subscriptions.
• Taxes such as VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on where you are.
• Discounts and limited offers may change or end at any time. A price change does not affect orders already paid.
• If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Buying and payment

Payments are processed securely by our checkout provider. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery

• Theme: delivered digitally, usually by email or download link shortly after payment. If you don’t receive it within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us.
• Done For You and Premium: we contact you after purchase to collect what we need, such as store access, branding, products and content. Work starts once we have everything, and we agree a timeline with you at that point.

6. Your responsibilities

• You need your own active Shopify account and plan. Shopify’s own fees and terms apply.
• For service plans, you’re responsible for the accuracy of the content you give us and for having the rights to use it, including images, text, logos and product information.
• Give us store access only through Shopify’s staff or collaborator accounts, and remove our access once the work is finished.
• Keep your own backups of your store before installing a new theme.

7. License, updates and support

Your use of the theme is governed by the License Agreement. In short: one live store per license (five with the Agency plan), lifetime theme updates, and support for 30, 60 or 90 days depending on your plan.

8. Refunds

Every plan comes with our 7-day Risk-Free Promise. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The theme, the website, our logo, the Kudakero name and all related content belong to us. Buying a plan gives you a license to use the theme, not ownership of it. Your store content stays yours.

10. Third-party services

The theme runs on Shopify and may work alongside third-party apps. We are not responsible for Shopify, third-party apps, payment providers or other services we don’t control, or for changes they make. Kudakero is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify.

11. No guarantee of results

We design Kudakero to help stores convert, but sales and search rankings depend on many things outside our control, such as your products, prices, marketing and traffic. We don’t guarantee any particular sales, traffic or rankings.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and theme are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, sales or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded.

13. Ending access

If you break these terms or the License Agreement, we may refuse future orders, stop providing support and end your license.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you buy applies to your purchase. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
